This is expected to be shipped from our warehouse XXXX

At the same time, I have created Return Order XXXXX for 1x XXXXX

- This is attached as a PDF, and I would like you to print this out and place it visibly on the product packaging.

When the product is ready for collection, please write back to this email.

NOTE, you will be invoiced for the new product. When the defective product has been received back, this will be credited and offset.
