En blød pizzabund skyldes ofte utilstrækkelig varme eller forkert forberedelse.

For bedste resultat:

  • Forvarm ovnen i 20–30 minutter
  • Sørg for, at stenen er 400–450°C (brug evt. infrarødt termometer)
  • Undgå for tyk eller fugtig dej
  • Brug ikke for meget sauce
  • Flyt pizzaen tættere på flammen mod slutningen af bagningen
